The New Generations Service Exchange (NGSE) program aims to foster leadership skills and cultural understanding among young adults aged 18 to 30. Through international exchanges, participants engage in service projects or career opportunities that promote community development and create lasting connections.
Personal Growth: Develop new skills, broaden horizons, and build confidence.
Networking/Professional Development: Create lifelong connections with fellow Rotarians and community leaders around the world and gain valuable career experience.
Cultural Exchange: Participants experience different cultures and communities, enhancing global understanding.
Service Impact: Contribute to meaningful projects that benefit communities in need.
Eligibility: Age 18-30 years old.
Timeline: 3 weeks to 3 months
Activities: The program can range from job shadows, service projects, internships, and more!
Costs: Participant costs include: round trip airfare, district fee ($500), host country accommodation, insurance, spending money (program is unpaid).
